Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (27 oz.) cream-style corn
    1 c. milk
    1 well beaten eggs
    1 c. coarsely crumbled saltine crackers
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. chopped, canned pimiento
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. coarsely crumbled saltine crackers
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    In a saucepan, combine corn and milk. Heat through.
    Gradually stir in egg. Add 1 cup crumbs, onion, pimiento, salt and pepper. Mix well.
    Pour into a greased 1-quart baking dish. Combine 1/2 cup crumbs and butter.
    Sprinkle over corn. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
