Gratin Of Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. baking potatoes
    2 c. milk
    2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    grated nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. cream
    salt and ground pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly.
    Lay the slices slightly overlapping in a large baking dish, greased with the butter.
