Stir-Fry Chicken Fajitas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (8-inch) flour tortillas
8 oz. boneless chicken breasts, cut in small pieces
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. salt
1 medium green or red bell pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 c. prepared salsa
1/4 c. chopped cilantro
1/4 c. fat-free sour cream
1 small onion
nonstick vegetable spray
Preparation

Wrap tortillas in aluminum foil.
Place them in the oven and heat to 350\u00b0.
Sprinkle the chicken pieces with salt and cumin. Slice the pepper and onion into thin slices.
Coat a large nonstick skillet with vegetable spray and place over medium-high heat.
Add the bell pepper and onion and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Add chicken and garlic and stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes.
Next, add the salsa and cook until heated through.
Spoon mixture in center of tortilla.
Sprinkle with cilantro.
Fold in half.
Serve with sour cream.
