Cottage Cheese Stollen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. melted butter
    2 c. cottage cheese (1 lb.)
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. candied fruit peel
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    1 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Beat eggs. Melt butter.
    Add to dry ingredients.
    Add cottage cheese, then add rest of ingredients.
    Forms 2 stollens.
    Bake on greased cookie sheet in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
