Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. mashed potatoes
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 small onion, chopped
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. flour
1 can French fried onions
Preparation

Beat first five ingredients at medium speed until blended, then at high speed until fluffy. Spoon into greased baking dish. Spread onion rings over top. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
