Blintzes Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    2 pkg. blintzes (6 each)
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
Preparation
    Melt margarine in 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Put all ingredients in blender and pour over blintzes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
