Rhubarb-Strawberry Clafouti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sliced strawberries
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. (1 stalk) thinly sliced rhubarb
    1 Tbsp. golden rum
    1/2 c. vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    Stir together eggs and flour in large bowl.
    Stir in milk, cream, 5 tablespoons sugar and vanilla.
    Use 1 tablespoon butter to generously grease 1 1/2-quart glass casserole.
