Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 qt. popped corn, unbuttered and unsalted
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white corn syrup
    2 sticks margarine
    pinch of cream of tartar
Preparation
    Boil 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add 1 teaspoon soda. Stir.
    Pour over popcorn.
    Mix well.
    Bake for 1 hour at 200\u00b0, stirring frequently.
