5 Minute Fat-Free Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can chili tomatoes
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can red kidney beans (undrained)
    2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    grated cheese
    chopped onion
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients.
    Simmer 5 to 10 minutes over medium heat.
    Garnish with cheese and onion.
    Serves 4.
