Crunchy Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1 c. raw peanuts
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. margarine
    1/8 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Line a large electric skillet with heavy-duty foil.
    Combine sugar, water and syrup in skillet.
    Set temperature gauge at 375\u00b0. Cook, stirring occasionally, until syrup turns golden.
    Stir in peanuts and salt.
    Continue stirring until mixture becomes brown. Unplug skillet, then vigorously stir in margarine and soda.
    Remove foil with candy still on foil.
    Let cool.
    Break into pieces.
