Poached Trout - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. dressed trout or smaller
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    4 slices lemon
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 sprig parsley
    2 c. white sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
Preparation
    Place fish in skillet; add milk, water, lemon slices, allspice, salt and parsley.
    Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes, until tender.
    Remove to hot platter.
    Combine white sauce, lemon juice and eggs; pour over fish and serve.
