Chalupa - A Chili Style Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pork roast
1 small bag pinto beans
1 c. diced onions
1/2 c. chili powder
1/4 c. oregano
1/4 c. cumin
1/4 c. garlic powder/salt
salt and black pepper to your liking
Preparation

Wash pinto beans and roast.
Put all ingredients into a large crock-pot.
Add water to almost the rim.
Cook overnight.
Stir once or twice.
This stew may be served over any kind of nacho chips, with shredded cheese, lettuce, tomato and sour cream (optional).
Serves 6 to 8 people.
