Black Bottom Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 egg
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    6 oz. chocolate chips
    1 1/2 c. flour (all-purpose)
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa (powder)
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream together cheese, egg, 1/3 cup sugar and 1/8 teaspoon salt.
    Stir in chocolate chips.
    Set aside.
    Sift flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
    Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Place second mixture on bottom of cupcake liners.
    Drop large spoonful of cream cheese filling on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Yield: 2 dozen.
