Chafing Dish Meat Balls(Serves 16 To 20) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 large grated onion
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 egg, beaten
    1 bottle chili sauce
    dash of salt
    6 oz. grape jelly
Preparation
    Combine beef, egg, onion and salt.
    Shape into small balls. Combine chili sauce, jelly and lemon juice.
    Drop in meat balls and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Serve warm in chafing dish with sauce.
