Easy Sponge Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. flour with 1 tsp. baking powder, mixed
1/2 c. boiling water
1 tsp. flavoring (vanilla, lemon or orange)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Prepare tube pan.
In mixing bowl, beat eggs until lemon colored.
Add 1 cup sugar; blend.
Add 1/2 cup flour; blend.
Add 1/2 cup flour and baking powder mixture; blend. Add water gradually.
Blend.
Add flavoring.
Bake 20 minutes.
