Chalumpas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. pork roast
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tsp. cumin
1 small can whole green chilies, wash seeds out
1 lb. pinto beans
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
-
Put all ingredients in crock-pot (slow cooker).
Cover with water.
Cook over low heat for 12 hours.
Take bones out and break up roast meat.
Cook another 12 hours.
Serve over Fritos with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, olives, sour cream and salsa.
