Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears, cooked and well drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs, beaten
1 medium onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
3/4 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 c. saltine cracker crumbs
Preparation

Chop cooked broccoli and add the eggs, soup, onions, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
Pour mixture into a well buttered baking dish and top with grated cheese.
Then top with cracker crumbs and dot with butter or margarine.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 25 or 30 minutes.
