English Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. English peas
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Make layers of peas, soup, eggs, cheese, pepper and cracker crumbs until all are used.
    Make a sauce of milk, flour and butter.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour over layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
