The Baldpate Inn Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine (at room temperature)
    1 c. granulated sugar
    4 large eggs
    2 c. canned creamed corn
    1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat oven to
    350\u00b0.
    Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Using an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar until blended and smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.
    Gradually beat in corn and cheeses. Stir in remaining ingredients.
