Skillet Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. ground meat
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 can mixed vegetables
    1 pkg. medium flour tortillas
    1/2 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In skillet, heat meat and onion in butter until onion is tender.
    In a bowl, combine meat mixture, chili peppers and cumin; set aside.
