Aunt Maxine'S Log Cabin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. baking cocoa
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. leftover coffee
1 egg
1/2 c. oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Mix the first 5 ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
