Coconut-Pineapple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine (soft)
    2 c. sugar
    5 large eggs
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) can coconut
    2 (9-inch) pie shells (uncooked)
Preparation
    Combine sugar and eggs; mix well. Add all other ingredients. Pour into the pie shells, 1/2 mixture into each one. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool before serving. Makes 12 servings. Preparation time: 1:00.
