Mud Hens - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. brown sugar

Preparation

Cream butter and white sugar together.
Add 1 whole egg and 1 egg yolk, beaten together, to mixture.
Blend in dry ingredients and vanilla.
Spread this into a 9 x 12-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
