White Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large eggs
    1 3/4 c. flour
    3/4 lb. candied cherries
    4 c. pecans
    1/2 lb. butter
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 lb. pineapple
    1/2 oz. vanilla (2 Tbsp.)
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 oz. lemon extract
    some fresh lemon
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Beat eggs well and add to butter and sugar.
    Sift (in separate bowl) 3/4 cup flour with 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
    Fold into butter mixture.
    Add flavoring.
    In separate bowl, mix nuts and fruit, then cut up in small pieces with 1 cup flour.
    Last, add fruit and nuts and blend well.
    Put in a cold oven, then turn on at 250\u00b0 and bake 3 hours.
