Gourmet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 medium potatoes
    6 oz. sour cream
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. diced onion
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 can cream of celery soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Boil, peel and grate potatoes.
    Mix with other ingredients. Place in greased casserole.
    Top with crumbs (cracker or corn flake crumbs may be used).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes. Casserole may be prepared and refrigerated overnight.
