Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can milk or chicken broth
    1 c. sour cream
    3 c. cooked chicken or turkey
    1 pkg. stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
    1 stick margarine or butter
    1 c. hot water
    1 small can chopped mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Heat mushroom soup and milk.
    Add sour cream and chicken. Pour into greased casserole dish.
    Melt margarine with water; add stuffing mix and optional mushrooms.
    Spread over chicken mixture. Bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
