Casserole Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. hash browns
    1/2 stick butter
    1/4 c. chopped pimento
    2 Tbsp. minced, dried onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Bring cream to a boil.
    Add potatoes.
    Cook until cream is absorbed.
    Mix in remaining ingredients, except cheese.
    Put in casserole and sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
