Pinto Bean Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. pinto beans, cooked and mashed
1 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 c. sugar
2 c. diced raw apples
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream
butter;\tadd
beaten eggs and mashed beans; sift dry ingredients
together.
Add
sugar\tmixture, then apples, nuts, raisins
and vanilla.
Mix well; pour into well greased and floured
tube
or
Bundt
pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes. Glaze and decorate with nuts and cherries.
