Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lemon
3 egg yolks
2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
6 Tbsp. melted butter
2 c. milk
whites of 3 eggs, well beaten (add last)
Preparation

Squeeze
juice of lemon and add to rest of ingredients, folding in egg whites last.
Bake in unbaked shell at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes until center tests clean.
