Vegetable Platter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. broccoli flowerets
    1 c. cauliflower flowerets
    1/4 c. sliced zucchini
    1 sliced carrot
    1 medium green pepper, sliced
    1 small yellow squash, sliced
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Select a 12-inch glass platter.
    Arrange broccoli pieces around outside edge, then cauliflower, carrots and pepper in concentric circles.
    Dot with butter slices.
    Cover with plastic wrap.
    Microwave on High for 5 to 7 minutes.
    Season with salt and pepper before serving.
