Blueberry Cupcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 2/3 c. sifted flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box berries
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with milk.
Roll blueberries in flour and gently fold into batter.
Fill muffin cups that have been lined or greased and sprinkle sugar on top before baking. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
