Bowknots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf fresh sandwich bread (thin slice), white or whole wheat
    1 can cream of mushroom, cream of asparagus or cream of chicken soup
    12 bacon strips, uncooked and cut in half
Preparation
    You will also need 24 toothpicks.
    Trim crusts.
    Spread soup on one side of bread slices.
    Roll each slice from one corner to other.
    Wrap bacon strip around middle and secure with toothpick. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Dry, crisp and delicious.
