Pina Colada Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box white cake mix
1 box (large) vanilla pudding
1 c. orange juice
2 eggs
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. salad oil
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. water
3 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp. coconut flavoring
1/4 c. coconut

Preparation

Mix cake mix, instant pudding and orange juice together.
Beat eggs and mix with salad oil, water, vanilla, coconut flavoring and shredded coconut.
Mix liquid and dry ingredients together.
Blend at medium speed.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
