Ann'S Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 onions (4 c.)
1 cabbage (4 c.)
10 green tomatoes (4 c.)
12 green peppers (5 c.)
6 red peppers (1 1/2 c.)
6 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. mustard seed
1 Tbsp. celery seed
1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
4 c. vinegar
2 c. water
Preparation
-
Grind first 5 ingredients in blender.
Put in a plastic dishpan.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup canning salt over top.
Let set overnight.
Drain and rinse in large colander.
Drain well. Bring remaining ingredients to boil.
Add peppers.
Boil 5 minutes.
Put in jars.
Process 5 minutes in hot water.
