Hash Brown Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. frozen, loose-pack, shredded hash browns, thawed and pressed dry
    1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 c. diced, fully cooked ham
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. diced green pepper
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Press the hash browns into the bottom and up sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
    Drizzle butter over hash browns and bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
