Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 loin pork chops (1/2 to 3/4-inch thick)
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. Minute rice, uncooked
    1 can Italian stewed tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown pork chops on both sides in 10-inch skillet.
    Put one thin slice of onion on each chop, also one ring of pepper on each chop.
    Add 1 tablespoon of Minute rice to the center of pepper ring.
    Divide the stewed tomatoes into 4 parts adding one over each chop.
    Cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
