Quick Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 peaches, sliced
    5 slices white loaf bread, trim crust
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. flour
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. almond
Preparation
    Place sliced peaches in a pie plate and sprinkle a little sugar over them to keep them from turning brown.
    Cut each slice of bread into 4 fingers and weave into a lattice crust on top of peaches. Mix sugar, flour, melt butter, egg and flavorings well.
    Coat crust with mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 6; 17 grams fat, 394 calories.
