Spicy Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, separated
    5 tsp. hot water
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 3/4 c. carrots
Preparation
    Combine ingredients, adding egg whites last.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool 15 minutes before taking out of pan.
