Japanese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 c. pecan pieces
1 c. coconut
1 c. raisins
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan.
Add sugar and eggs.
Mix other ingredients and pour in two unbaked 9-inch pie shells.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
