Rhubarb Custard Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. oleo, melted
1 c. flour
3/4 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. rhubarb, diced
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 Tbsp. milk
1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
-
Mix melted oleo with flour, oatmeal, brown sugar and cinnamon. Stir until it's moist and crumbly.
Press half of this mixture into the 9 x 9-inch greased pan.
Cover bottom mixture with the rhubarb.
