Coca-Cola Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large round steak
salt and pepper to taste
1 (14 oz.) bottle tomato catsup
1 large onion
1 king size bottle of Coke

Preparation

Do not brown steak.
Cut into serving size pieces and place in a large shallow baking dish.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Peel and slice onion into thin slices and place over steak.
Pour catsup and Coke over steak.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until meat is tender.
