Crock-Pot Beef In Mushroom Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 2 1/2 lb. round steak or venison
1 or 2 envelopes dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. or 1 Tbsp. brown gravy mix (optional)
1 tsp. garlic powder or 1 clove garlic
3/4 c. water
Preparation

Cut steak or venison into serving size pieces and place in the crock-pot.
Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cook on high for 5 to 8 hours.
Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
