Holly Farms Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. chicken seasoning
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
    potatoes, cut into wedges
    3 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Wash off the potatoes and let them soak while you mix all the dry ingredients in a big Ziploc bag.
    (The potatoes need to be damp when you coat them.)
    Put each potato wedge in the Ziploc bag and shake well to coat.
    Place the coated potatoes in a shallow casserole dish.
    Pour melted margarine over the potatoes.
    Cook 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
