Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    1 c. rice
    1 Tbsp. oleo
    salt
    2 lb. chicken breast (boneless), skinned
    salt
    pepper
    1/2 c. oleo
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 can milk
    3-inch chunk Velveeta cheese
    3 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation
    Cut chicken into strips (2 inches or so).
    Salt, pepper and flour breasts (first).
    Bring to boil water, rice, 1 tablespoon oleo and salt.
    Turn down to simmer and simmer 15 minutes, then do breasts.
    Brown them in 1/2 cup oleo.
    Remove from pan; saute onions.
    Add soup, milk and cheese.
    Cook until cheese melts.
    Add sour cream to soup mixture. Add cooked rice.
    Season to taste.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Place chicken breast in rice mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot and bubbly, about 30 minutes.
