Squash Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. cocoa
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. coconut
    2 c. zucchini squash, grated
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Sift all dry ingredients together.
    Cream margarine, sugar and vanilla.
    Beat in eggs and blend.
    Stir in squash and alternate additions of milk and dry ingredients.
    Stir in coconut.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in Bundt pan.
    Serves 16.
    (Serve with lemon sauce, if desired.)
