Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 ozs blue cheese, at room temp
    10 ozs processed Cheddar cheese spread, at room temp
    24 ozs cream cheese, at room temp
    1 tsp MSG
    4 T grated onion
    4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 c ground pecans (opt)
    1/3 c minced parsley
    1/4 to 1/2 c mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients until thoroughly blended.
    Fold in pecans and parsley.
    Add mayonnaise to desired consistency.
    Keeps indefinitely in refrigerator; freezes well.
