Crabbies I - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic, minced or 1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    1 small jar Old English or sharp cheese spread
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 can crabmeat
    generous dash Tabasco sauce
    10 to 12 crumpets or 6 English muffins, halved
Preparation
    Heat garlic in butter until softened but not browned.
    Cool. Mix garlic butter, cheese, mayonnaise, crabmeat and Tabasco. Spread on crumpets.
    Cut each in quarters.
    If desired, freeze on cookie sheets, then store in plastic bags.
