Stuffed Shells Or Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. large pasta shells
    1 Tbsp. oil
    30 oz. Ricotta cheese
    1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. fresh, chopped parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Boil noodles in water plus 1 tablespoon oil al dente (slightly under-cooked).
    Mix cheeses, parsley, salt, pepper and eggs. Drain shells.
    Run cold water over shells.
    Stuff each shell with cheese mixture and place in a 9 x 13-inch casserole or two small casseroles.
    Spoon sauce around.
    Dish is now ready for baking or freezing.
    If freezing, cover with heavy-duty foil, then thaw in refrigerator the night before cooking.
