Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour, divided
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    1 c. butter
    1 tsp. baking powder
    4 eggs
    2 c. granulated sugar
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon (peel 2 lemons)
    6 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix 2 cups flour and confectioners sugar.
    Cut in butter, work with hands into a dough.
    Press in bottom and
    1 1/2-inches up sides of a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
