Pillow Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. instant potato flakes
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1/2 c. hot water
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/3 c. cold water
    3 c. biscuit mix, prepared
Preparation
    Combine potato flakes, oleo, water and sugar and mix well.
    Add water and biscuit mix.
    Blend all ingredients to a soft dough. (May add more cold water if needed.)
    Turn out and work about ten turns.
    Roll to 1/2-inch thickness.
    Cut.
    Place on ungreased baking sheet.
    Brush tops with milk.
    Bake 13 to 14 minutes at 425\u00b0.
